Paapu !
Thought would start writing a little about my "Paapu"...that's "small baby" in Telugu...
It's been a week and a day since Paapu's birth and life looks brighter... Today my department at British Gas gave me a beautiful bouquet of roses in celebration of my new-found fatherhood..! But, Swetha is still to be alright. She is still suffering from a lot of weakness and bodyache and headache etc....probably its because of the epidural or because of less food intake in the three four days subsequent to pregnancy.
It looks like it will be around 100 more days before I get to see the baby and Swetha again... I am longing to have the baby around so that I can see him, hold him and play with him. We have started conceiving dreams about how we would bring him up. I hope we end up being as good as parents as my parents were. I wish to see my child becoming very a good human being with a lot of intelligence, energy, honesty, integrity, compassion and kindness. I wish him a flying career and a successful life.
Its end of the day and I must return home before Kokila- our cook, comes home. I will pen down some more thoughts later.
